When I am on my period, I notice that my appetite does change. I don't eat as much.
However don't ever think that you should take advantage over your loss in appetite in order to lose weight. When woman are on their period they need to keep up there energy and it is important to eat healthy.
I know for myself I lose a lot of energy while on my period so I try and eat healthier foods rather than junk food. It's unhealthy to deprive your body of nutrients while going through your period, or at any other time.
My advice, eat healthy and exercise while on or off your period.
