I masturbate since I was 15 years old now I am 21 and I masturbate 1-3 times a day. I know for most people gaining weight is not a problem but loosing is. I eat right, work out and hv a nice body shape but I am to skinny Idea

I tried every thing to gain some weight but it is not working. Is it because of to much masturbation or some other reason???? How many calories do our body burn during masturbation????

Calories burned will depend on how "physical" you are with it. Just laying there rubbing one out in a couple of minutes isn't much more active than brushing your teeth. Each ejaculation only contains about 15 calories so you'd have to ejaculate about 233 times to loose 1 pound. Shocked

Its likely your high metabolism combined with working out. You have to determine your required daily caloric requirement and plan out your eating to make sure you are taking in enough calories to gain weight.
