When I was pregnant with my first son, I lost my appetite after the first week and almost all my first trimester, with no hunger pains. My stomach feels in a contanst knot. Now I think I am preggers again. Loss of appetite after first week since intercourse during ovulation, and sore, tender breasts with darker areolas. We will see what happens.
