i am going through a really scary time of life. i have just reached 31 and for some reason over the past few months i have found it difficult to get an erection and then hold it through intercourse. i used to smoke up untill 2 weeks ago thinking this was this was causing the problem so i gave up. i am really panicking and am not sure what to do. i feel very embarassed about going to my doctor. can you please give me some advice on what to do
