loss of movement after c 5 fusion

What percintage of movement would you expect to lose in your neck after c5 c6 fusion?

I lost about 35% neck movement (can't move neck up and can't turn very far to the left).
From what I've been reading this varies from patient to patient.
I have had physical therapy 2 times since my surgery over 2 yrs ago and still have never regained normal movement.
