lost my pills now spotting for the sencond time

I lost my pills and stopped half way through the month. Now im having light brown spotting two days after stopping. My period isn't supose to start for a week. Last month i had a similar situation with my pills getting messed up and having light brown spotting for a few days. I took four at home pregnancy tests and one at the doctor and they were negative. I have never let a guy go in me and i haven't had sex for almost two months. There is times where i have slight lower abdominal pains and tender breasts but no other symptoms. Could i be pregnant? Crying or Very sad

It is highly unlikely that you are pregnant considering you haven’t had sex in two months and that all the tests show you are negative. A home pregnancy test should tell with certainty if you are pregnant or not a couple of days after your period hasn’t arrived.

What kind of tests did you have at the doctor’s? Did he order a blood test or did you have an ultrasound?

I am almost certain that your problems are due to birth control pills. They can cause all sorts of changes and problems when starting or stopping them, they also cause breakthrough bleeding, spotting, could even change your period pattern, etc

Your abdominal pain and tender breasts can even be related to ovulation when there’s an increase in estrogen in your body.
