alright well im a 16 year old uncircimcised male and a few days ago i noticed an itching/burning sensatrion on the top of my foreskin on like the veiny piece of skin that connects it to the head of my penis i dont know if thats normal or not but i have it and it hurts if it rubs up against my boxers not a lot just sorta uncomfortable and it burns/stings when i pee ive also noticed a lot of wat i think is smegma sometimes sitting on the top of my penis in a milky sort of liquid and a lot under my foreskin i cant pull it back very far but in the little amount of space i can i found a lot of smegma and it smells pretty but ive started washing wat i could off but in a few hours theres more but i really want to no if i should be worried i would like to avoid the doctors office if its nothing serious
