hi, my name is jessica
i am in 9th grade in school and i have a big problem with my stomach growling, like everyday. in the middle of class it will start and it doesn't stop; it will do it thruogh almost every class. it is sooo embarassing espeacially when everyone laughs. sometimes when it growls there will be a pain that runs with the noise, but the pain will stop as soon as the noise stops for a few seconds. what can i do to stop this horrible thing?

Hey jessica, i actually have a similar problem but i don't think it's as frequent as yours. What i would suggest is try seeing a doctor because there may be some sort of infection in the stomach area or.... you could try eating small snacks constantly through-out the day. Maybe you're just hungry?
