low abdominal pain the day after sex, please help

Thank you for clicking here and i really hope someone can help.

I am 22 years old and had a laparoscopy last year which resulted in laser treatment to one of my ovaries that was infected. I was told i had had chlamydia some time in the past and that was treated too. I was also told i may have endometriosis but it didn't look that way once they did the laparoscopy.
I am now experiencing dull abdominal pains after sex, it feels like it is coming from both my ovaries. The pain gets worse if i cough or try to pass solids.
Can someone give me a hint as to what this COULD be? I am going back to my gynaecologist soon but am so fed up with being misdiagnosed.
Please help.

im haveing the same pain 2! especially when i cough and its been 2 days after sex i also was diagnosed with claumydia but was treated however u spell it so yah i wanna know what that pain is too!!
