i have problem with erection, i do get regular and instant erection every time of think of sex or even a small feel and talk of sex, but the problem is that the erection is feel is not strong enough for the size of my penis.....a few years earlier i used to get very good erections ......now it has come down drastically , .........and the other major problem is that i ejculate very soon ........i do do hand job it takes 2 minutes and when i sex, the pleasure of inserting will make me ejculate within seconds.......and the erection hold on a few minutes after that.

can u pls help me in this regards......suggest some medicine for both

You might want to get your blood pressure checked, as high blood pressure can cause softer erections or totally stop you from having them. Also depending on your age, prostate problems could contribute. If you're masturbating often, cut down on the frequency, only once every few days and see if that helps.
