I'm 18 years old.. have had to go to the doctor twice now for low right quadrant abdominal pain (sharp twinge when I walk) I am 7 weeks late on my period, and went to the doctor today (neg. test). First doctor visit was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but this is different.. Sharper pains that don't really bother when I'm laying down. I'm just really worried..

When you lay down your bowls are not compressed like when you stand or sit. The pressure is not as great on them.If you feel this doc is wrong go to another.Tell them everything ,ask every questoin you can think of, don't be afraid.
