lower abdominal pain and internal vaginal tenderness

hi, i was wandering if anyone can help me im 15yrs old and am sexually active well after kinda rough intercourse i was lying down 2 rest when i felt terrible lower abdominal pain and a few minutes later i puked that was a few days ago and it still hurts pretty bad like cramps and stuff and is very painful also the inside of my vagina is VERY tender i dont know if this is signs of pregnancy or what but if anyone knows anything at all about this PLEASE HELP ME!!!
