lower abdominal pain and tightness, extremely concerned

this morning i began having some constant dull lower abdomen pain, it seems to be a little heavier on my left side, and there is a feeling of tightness. the tightned feeling is made greater by a more than usual urge to urinate. also some tense feelings in neck and shoulders. urine is extremely clear. i might have somn of a headache comin on as well. any ideas? i plan on tryin to get into see a doctor in the morning.
