lower abdominal pain with legs and back

about two years before i had this experience and again now i am having this pain for a week the pain comes very sharp and it hurts my back and my right leg i have showed to so many doctors gynocologists, operation doctor and still they say i dont have any problem but i am having this pain
so please give me a condition for this[/b]
