| My left testicle gets sore on a regular basis. Only the left side, it comes on and off. I also have lower back pains on the left side, lower abdominal pains and a sore leg right up the front also. I discovered what i think could be a lump but not sure if it is my epididymis. Can anyone explain the lower back, leg and abdominal pains in conjuction with a sore testicle? |

Yes, two words-kidney stones. This is at least what I have been diagnosed with when having similar symptoms. I had pains in the lower back, that would turn to the groins and testicles. Those were the moving stones, my doctor said.
Kidney stones are usually expelled by drinking a lot of water. They would leave the body unnoticed through urethra. But if they are two big, they may get stuck on the way and cause problems. I would suggest you saw an urologist and told your symptoms.
Your doctor will probably perform a physical exam and then order an ultrasound.
I can’t say for sure you have kidney stones, bacterial infections hurt a lot too but I am not sure they would hurt in the back, and legs…..i had bacterial infection of the epididymis as well-it hurt only in the testicles.
A lump and a pain may be present in inguinal hernia, so seeing a doc would be the only way to know for sure. |

Hey Matt, hope you get this, I am also suffering from the same symptoms you described, did it get better in the end? Ive been to 2 doctors but they cant find anything wrong with me. hope your well
