Hello. I am a retired man who is 65 years old. I have had problems with my back since my thirties. The pain is located in my lower back. It hurts sometimes so intensively that I have trouble doing anything, except lying in bed. I think it is about time I do something about that. I would like to know if there are some lower back exercises that you know?

I have similar problems, and to me constant stretching always seemed to help. But it is not a best solution. I don't know. I am going to regular massaging treatments, and that really helps a lot. If you can spare a few bucks and go to sauna, that's even better. Generally, spa treatments, and active way of life are good for your health.
