lower back pain with boalting and constipation

I am 5'6 and weight 153. I use to weight 135. I gain the extra weight within three months and now I have lower back pain alone with boalting and constipation. I do not understand how I gain the weight because I have not change my eating habbits. My back hurts all the time and I am unable to excerise.
