|

| I have had lower back pain for about 2 1/2 months. When I first wake up in the morning, sometimes I don't have any. After I sit down for awhile it gets worse and worse. It is hard to get up sometimes without being in pain. I can feel the pain at times in my lower back if I sneeze. I also have a bloaty feel in my left stomach area, like it is pulling there and gas after I eat almost anything. If I don't eat or sit down I feel pretty good! |

I bet you are allergic to dairy products. Well lactaid it's in almost everything can cause stomach pain and back pain! And make you go to the bathroom it's in meats cheese fries almost every food now a days! You be sursprised how many things do not just milk!
