I have a delicate problem that has been going on for more than several months. It begun with twinges in my lower groin. Pain comes all of a sudden, it is very sharp, and it lasts few seconds. The pain is so sharp that it takes my breath away. Sometimes it feels like this pain is coming from a lower back, but I am not sure anymore. I am 34 years old, I am in good physical condition and generally healthy. I have no idea what could be causing this pain, I never had an accident on this area or anything similar that could cause something like that. What should I do?

Hey,
I sincerely think you should visit your doctor. I think you have gallstones. Well, I had very similar problem. After few months of suffering, I went to the doctor and he said I have gallstones. This was mine problem, maybe it is the same with you. Btw, you are in the risk group. So, if I were you, I would a check up with doc.
