recently i found a lump above my testicles, it is about the exact same size as my testis. it was very hard but recently (about 30minutes ago) i noticed a small black dot on it so i squeezed it and blood started shooting out along with the occasional bit of pus. its now reducded in size and not as hard, im wondering if this was maybe just a really bad bug bite or something i should be really concerend about
