lump in my testicals and lots of pain

I had a sugrie on my testicals about 2 years ago for a swollen blood vessel. I never went back for a follow up but the dr said that the lump should go away. It never did and latly I have been having a sharp pain that wont go away Embarassed

. I looked up testical canser and I don't think that is the problem. What could it be and what should I do?

right testical has been sore to the touch for the last 2 days. The soreness is at the bottom tward the back of the right testical. I have had the big "V" about a year and a half ago. Please advise!!!!
