lump in stomach, severe pain etc! a tumour?

I am a 17 year old female, with a thin like figure and i have noticed a bulge on the right side of my abdomen...it is hard and when i push it hurts inside. I am constantly feeling bloating, tired, dizzy,nausious, and irritable, i have diarehea and loose stools and also i sometimes just vomit up bile by itself. I get severe stomach pains all over my abdomen and most times at the top of my abdomen...and sometimes it moves into my back. My parents say it is gas but it hurts ALOT more. I have a history of hernias and aneurysums.....i thought maybe i had an aortic aneurysum because i have a very severe heart beat i can clrealy see in my stomach.I also on my right side have lost my sense of feeling at the beginning of my leg like in the crease (bikini line) which the doctors have looked at and dont understand what is wrong. I thought that maybe the lump is pressing on a nerve or something. I am sure i am missing some symptoms but please can someone help i have been to a doctor and he did NOTHING for me.

I can't reallly say what the issue is. However, get a second opinion. A doctor should be perfroming a pelvic ultrasound to help determine if there is a lump and/or what it is.
