Hi there,
My boyfriend and I just noticed a pea sized lump in one of his testicles. He also has blood in his sperm when he ejaculates. No pain or discomfort is felt. What do you think this might be?
The blood in ejaculation could be from a broken blood vessel and if that it the case, it should go away within the few days.
Any lump found anywhere on the body should be checked but it doesn't necessarily mean it is cancer. There are different kinds of bumps that could occur within/in/on scrotum/testicles and to know what it is, it is best to have it checked!
