Hi, i have found a small lump on my right thigh (just along from my testicles) its a bit sore when i touch it, and it feels like i can move it round a bit - any idea what this may be?

Without seeing it, it's hard to venture a guess.

Does it bother you?
Is it painful?
Do you want relief?

Only a local doctor can take a look at it and give you an opinion.
