im 20 yrs of age and have been a social smoker for just over a yr, and also smoke cannabis on a regular basis. About 2 months ago i started to get the sensation of a lump in throat, went to doctors and he told me i had Globus, and that my tonsils were slightly inflamed. A day after i got a really bad sore throat, and it became difficult to swallow, after it cleared, the lump went. But after a few days it returned, and now its worse my throat seems to now ache as well as having the feeling of a lump! I have had to stop smoking because it seems to make it worse, could i have something really seriously wrong with me? should i go back to the doctors? please help.[/b]
