lump in throat

Since december I have had a feeling of something stuck in my throat. I have a very sore back(right side ) and a sore neck (left side) I have really severe sporatic chest pains that last 30 seconds or more.........I feel like I am having a heart attack. A scope showed nothing. My doctor just keep prescribing antacids even though I tell him it is not heartburn. Any ideas

I have been experiencing the same symptoms now for over a week. Been to ER, thought heart attack, then to Dr waiting test results from stress test. This is not anxiety or heartburn, symptoms sound the same, but trust me, they feel much different than both. Dr isn't quite sure. I have had very high blood pressure since giving birth 3 months ago, also was diagnosed with Bells Palsy 3 days after birth and almost fully recovered from that. Heart rate stays around 100 bpm and bp usually stage 1 or 2. Any one had this or knows what could be the cause?!?!
