lump in throat

I have a lump in my throat that is about the size of a malt ball, like a Whopper. It is right in the middle under my chin. It doesn't hurt. It reccurrs every so often, seemingly in conjunction with getting a huge cystic pimple on my chin at the same time. Are these connected? What causes this?

I have the exact same thing. Huge cystic pimple and all. Two small lumps on the underside of my chin/throat area. About the size of a pea.
