lump on sack

hey hows it going... ive got a little lump like sometimes a zit but not red and sometimes it gets a little bigger not real big just like maybe 2 cm of the sack.... it doesn't hurt really and its not red like i don't know its there inless i feel it.... what could this be? any concerns? and again its on the sack not the testicle...and ive had it for maybe a week or lil over a week any help will be appreciated...
