lump on testical, could it be cancer?

I have been feeling sick alot latly.
Also just found a lump about the size of a pea on my left testical. I have been feeling pain from
the groin area for a while now, Its been dull so havent taken much notice of it.
Im worried that it could be cancerous.... any advice?
