okay i am 16 years old and i am sooo scared. i hav noticed a lump on my left testical, but i can only find it when i am erect, and i am having weak ejaculations. i am scared out of my mind!! what can this be? when i can find it it feels kind of hard, but liek i said, whe i am not erect i cant even find it.

i am 29 years old and i feel a hard lump only when i have an erection..what could it be??
