Hey i have a little lump on the top of my right testical it doesnt hert only if i squeeze it hard i just wont to knwo if i shuld worry or not

I'm have the same thing. My right testical is larger then my left and there is a small hard bump at the top.

Hi yes i am a 16 year old male and i also have this could someone please tell me what it is like he said it only hurts if i squeeze it and it is on the top of my right testical i have had it for as lond as i can remember?????????????????

Yes am 15 and I have I have the same lump on the top of my right testical please someone tell if i need to worry about it This lump is painless and about the size of a pea. Thanks
