lump,pain and discomfort in lower right abdomen

i have had a lump (near my appendix) for a year and a half now but the pain started a few months ago. It has got worse as the days go by and is basically taking over me. I cant do anything without feeling the pain. When i go to bed the pain is worse than during the day. The lump shows more when i lie down too. I always feel sick and very tired. Sometimes i go really dizzy and faint. Iv been to the doctors many times and all they gave me was painkillers, none of them worked. Iv had appointments at the hospital, got ultrasound etc and nothing has shown up. The doctor thought it could either be some kind of cyst or something to do with my bowels but i dont have any of the symptoms. Some doctors and nurses thought it could be a hernia or something to do with my appendix but if i have had it this long it could'nt be my appendix, could it?i do have the symptoms for a hernia and appendicitis but the pain is long-term. I just want to no what it is and its a horrible feeling to put up with every day.
Im a 17 y/o female and healthy.
