im 18 years old doctor told me that i hve inflamation of bacteria and he gave me some anti biotics to take but ihave been takeing this for month and half there any other medicen that stronger and it all bacteria out and can tell me what u said on the last message but in like easy enlish can this be transmitted if i have sex

No, you contracted the bacteria from gastrointestinal tract, probably from the anal area. The bacteria is not sexually transmitted, so you shouldn't be able to spread it to a girl that way.
However, if you had sex and your epididymitis was caused by a sexually transmitted bacteria, which may happen, then you could be passing it onto someone else. Since you never had sex, you can't pass it further.
