lump under neck tip of right clavicle

injured my clavicle when moving large couch in April. Couldn't lift my head constant burning pain in back of neck. Things improved after wearing homemade sling. Bump was almost gone for a week, after 9weeks! After sweeping around house and sleeping for awhile on my right side, bump is back, size of golf ball. I have my sling on and am taking anti inflammatories. Cold compresses.
I had seen a Dr a week after the 1st incident. x ray and blood test showed nothing. What should I do now?

I too am experiencing the same thing. I noticed this bump about a month ago. It does not hurt, but it is hard, just below my chin, at the end of my clavical. I had x-rays and blood work and nothing showed up. Anyone with an answer.
