lumps on the opening to my vagina

i had a bad back, so the doctor put me on sum pills to help. then i got a kidney infection. after all that i then realised my vagina was itchy and wen i had a look there was a quite a large lump with blackish skin on the top. the next mornin i had another look and there was one on the other side. they are very painful and sting quite alot. i havent had unprotected sex. have you any idea what this could be ???
