My grandmother is having SLE for long time, successfully treated but in last couple of weeks she starting to show signs of seizures.
Vasculitis can be caused by an immune reaction in the vessel walls, which take place in lupus. Depending on which part of the body is involved, vasculitis can provoke different symptoms, which can vary from mild changes to major organ damage. Affected parts of body include muscles, skin, brain, peripheral nerves, retina, heart and kidneys.
