lyme pellet stool

I was diagnosed with lyme and was put on antibiotics. (this happened week ago). For 2 days now I have pellet, rabbit like stool. Is this normal?

I also had lyme… symptoms are getting better. I never experienced this symptom of having this rabbit like stools. I know you can have problems with digestion (like loss of appetite, diarrhea, constipation, so I guess pellet stool could also be one of signs) Maybe this is from antibiotics, what does it say on label? Are there any side effects in digestion written?
