Well, as far as I know, swollen lymph nodes should go back like two to three weeks after an infection has subsided. You didn’t specify anything like if you were ill or suffered from any other infection/illness. However, If the lymph nodes don’t go back in 2-3 weeks, then you should suspect something more serious and visit a doctor to see what it is all about.
