Hi. I am a 22 years old woman and I have a weight problem. I was thinking of trying to switch most of my food to macrobiotic. Do you think this is a good idea? I started to jog a little, and also to go to the gym. Could you explain to me some of the basics about macrobiotic eating? Thanks in front.
That is basically a good idea, but you cant really turn all of your food to macrobiotic, because your diet would be too linear (my opinion). Continue with training, and increase number of your meals, decrease the amount of food and fat. Also integrate a macrobiotic meals from time to time. I eat macrobiotic for breakfast, for example.
