Hello there, I am 34 years old woman and I have one question. Can you tell me what the connection between macrobiotic food and cancer is? Does macrobiotic food lower the risk of getting a cancer? For every answer I will be grateful. Thank you in advance for everything you share with me.

I will try to explain everything to you. You should know that there is absolutely no evidence that macrobiotic food reduce a risk from cancer. It can improve your health generally by increasing fiber and decreasing fat rate. If this diet is not properly planned, then there can be problems like poor nutrition.

i just came across this by accident, i dont know much on the topic, but i remember reading somewhere the great benefits of being on a macrobiotic diet for curing cancer. i think it has something to do with the alkaline level of the macrobiotic diet. usually ones body starts to get sick if they are too acidic. you need to balance it out, and diet along with other life styles helps you achieve that.
hope this helps
