Hi, I am a fan of macrobiotic cooking. My friend has been eating macrobiotic food for a very long time. In fact, she introduced me with macrobiotic cooking in the first place. I took some of her recipes. Unfortunately, when I prepared them at home, they just didn't taste the same. Until you acquire the necessary skills in preparing these dishes, it would be better for you to eat in the macrobiotic restaurants. Unfortunately there are not many restaurants of this type. You could look up for them, but if you do not find a restaurant that prepares only macrobiotic food, do not feel discouraged. There are many vegetarian and vegan restaurants that might suite your needs. Try out a couple of them to see which one has a menu that offers macrobiotic meals. I am sure that you will find the restaurant best for you until you learn to properly cook macrobiotic foods for yourself.
