Hi, I am 19 years old student of economy. I am also a model. But most of all I am vegetarian. I am trying to convince people to except this kind of nutrition. During one of those attempts I have met the girl who eats macrobiotic foods. I was very interested about macrobiotic. Is there anything like a macrobiotic vegetarian?
Well if you are vegetarian it doesn't mean that you are eating healthy. You could eat something like cheese pizza, noodles and granola. Macrobiotic provides you a way to eat healthy without eating meat or animal products. There are whole grains, vegetables, beans and other products that can replace animal proteins. Of course you should determine which diet is the best for your body type. We are not all the same.
