I need to change my life style. I do not work out, I am over weighted, and I do have a lot of stress t work. What to do? I cannot quit my job, that is out of the question, I could squeeze in some exercises, even though I have a lot of daily obligations, but the diet, I don't know how to begin with that. My friend is in macrobiotics and he swears it changed his life completely. What do you think about that? Is macrobiotic worth trying?

It most definitely is. But you have to be aware that it won't go that smoothly. Changing your meal habit completely takes a lot of time and a lot of strong will. Do you have them? Eating junk food today represents, however funny it seems, one way of relieving day's accumulated stress. macrobiotics way of living is very healthy, but it is something that you must get to gradually, not jumping in without any help.
