| Hello. I am a guy who is 35 years old, and I feel really depressed. Last year my wife died, and I never recovered from that. I lost my job too. My kids are really concerned about me. I am really depressed, and I don't know what to do. I wasn't planning to go to the psychiatrist, but now I am thinking of going. I don't know what to expect, so someone could explain anything about this. |

| Well, he (or she) will talk with you, and give you some pills - Adderall, Prozac, that sort of thing. It is a good thing that you will do this. It can really help. But try not to get too hooked on these pills. My condolences about your wife, I am sure that she was a good woman. But be at mind that you have to move on. For the sake of your children, you have to be strong. Good luck. |
