So yeah I have some major shrinkage all day everyday no matter what the temperature is: hot, cold, normal you name it. But when 8:30 or 9:00pm comes around they become normal sized again, I'm talking like 4 times the size they were when they were shrunk.

Also when they're shrunk it affects the size of my orgasms and my penis.
Is there any name, explanation, or treatment that may shed some light on my situation?
