Well, I'm very sorry to say but the answer to your question is YES- It's possible to transmit a yeast infection by sexual contact. It can be done on both ways -from a woman to a man and from a man to a woman.
This is very common infection in women because when a woman's system is out of
balance, yeast-like organisms can grow and cause a thick, white discharge.
Don’t be afraid- male candidiasis symptoms are lot less serious.
Males may develop genital
irritation and itching, especially if they are uncircumcised, but usually there is no discharge, what so ever. Yeast infection can be easily treated with antifungal creams or ointments.
