Hello, I am a guy who is 22 years old and I am interested to know more about finishing a marathon. I am training hard for this event and I would like to know if there are some good tips you can give me. Every opinion would be most welcome because I don't know much about this thing. Hi there, I am not really sure what your question was. If you need some tips for finishing a marathon I will tell you what I know. Refresh yourself whenever you can because of dehydration. Keep your head cool and don't rush. But maybe you are asking me of an advice of how should you finish a marathon. If you are in a group of contestants, try to be in the back because they will be more tired for finish than you. This is not so nice, and if you want to be fair, you should work together with a group. You can do this by switch in front with the other guys. Couple of hundred meters before the finish you have to try to run as fast as you can. Or you could try to shake your escort before that and then you can try to finish calmly. The choice is yours.
