Hi. I am a 18 years old guy and I jog a lot. I am preparing for the marathon that will happen next month. I run fast, but I have no experience. This will be my first full 40 kilometers marathon. Up to now, I was only running those 5kilometers ones, and I would want to prepare myself as well as I can. Do you have any marathon training tips?
Of course, everything for my colleague! It is simple really. You have to eat properly next thirty days. A lot of proteins. And you have to train every day. You may have one day for rest. During the marathon, remember to stay hydrated, because that could end the marathon for you sooner than you think. Hope I helped.
