well i need to know somthing. i been masterbating since 10 or 11 i believe way before puberty and now im 19 almost 20 , and im woried that i might have testical cancer, well within the last year ive, had a little back pain, somtimes heaviness in the balls , and pimples on the penis, and i check for lumps and i feel a lump on the back of the testical on both, is it just a epidermis or all of these thing equal cancer or somthing please help
