Straight forward question - easy answer: No. Masturbation does not cause the penis to shrink. In fact there is more chance of slightly enlarging it because you are waking up the hormones that starts the puberty process. If you are young and concerned about size, be not feared, by the time you are in your late teens, you will be caught up to your peers.
